Culture Care #6 – Thank you, quite simply…

Par Alice VIVIAN fondatrice de Mojom

A year of action to take care

“Gratitude transforms what we have into enough, and much more. It transforms denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity… It gives meaning to our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.”

— Melody Beattie

The end of the year is a precious moment. The holidays are approaching, and with them comes the opportunity to pause, to recentre, and above all, to say thank you. Thank you to those who accompany us, who support us, and who trust us.

As 2024 comes to a close, I would like to express my deep gratitude to my clients, partners, students, readers, friends, and to all those who walk this path with me. Together, we share a common vision: building a more inclusive, more empathetic, and more life-respectful society.

This year has been guided by the heart and by care. Thanks to your trust, I have been able to design meaningful programs and support hundreds of people—both in organizations and individually—towards greater balance and alignment. So, thank you. Thank you for allowing me to contribute to this collective journey.

I am delighted to continue this adventure with you in 2025, through guidance and programs on personal ecology and embodied leadership. Our body—magical, powerful, intuitive, and sacred—is at the heart of the book I am currently writing. I can’t wait to share more about it with you in the coming months!

Now, let us take a moment to reflect on this beautiful year of 2024 together, and to look forward with enthusiasm.

2024: A year under the sign of Care

Caring for employees: Self-care and energy management
This year, I supported hundreds of employees through self-care training, designed to meet an urgent need: relearning how to take care of oneself in an increasingly demanding environment.

  • Reclaiming time: better structuring daily routines, setting boundaries, and finding healthier rhythms to prevent overload.

  • Stress management: practical tools for regulation, breathing, and recentring to cope with daily pressure.

  • Energy optimization: understanding personal energy cycles to use them wisely, avoid burnout, and find sustainable motivation.

The results were transformative: employees felt calmer, more effective, and above all, more engaged. More and more, I see how these topics are becoming essentials in organizations. A special thanks to the amazing team at Mayenne Nature Environnement, whom I accompanied for three months—they do such essential work in protecting life.

➡️ More than 200 hours of training on this theme this year! With an average rating of 9.5/10.

Managers at the heart of transformation: What if we managed through care?
2024 also marked the launch of my new training program, Managing through Care, which received wonderful feedback (“A must for every manager!!!!” – “Extremely interesting and full of insights” – “A training that truly feels good!”).

The goal: first, to teach managers to care for themselves—let’s remember they are the most at risk of burnout according to recent studies! They need to learn to preserve their health and energy. But they also play a vital role in supporting their teams and keeping them engaged at a time when motivation is low. Not an easy mission!

The keys of Care Management: listening, trust, autonomy, recognition, and meaning. And yes, it changes everything!

Special thanks to my dear clients at GALEC – E.Leclerc Purchasing Group, with whom we tested and refined this training, which will be offered even more broadly in 2025.

Supporting women
It is still challenging for women to access certain leadership positions. Barriers remain, with self-confidence being a central one. This year, I had the privilege of leading women’s leadership programs to help participants:

  • Reconnect with their strengths and values.

  • Recognize their legitimacy and dare to claim the space they deserve.

I am convinced that supporting women leaders opens the way for a fairer, more balanced, and more human transformation of the professional world.

Special thanks to the inspiring EVE Program team, where I am honored to intervene every year, and to the Société Générale Accelerate Program team. Thank you for your trust—we shared such incredible moments in 2024!

Une présence ancrée, alignée et rayonnante - tête coeur et corps

Embodied leadership: Guiding leaders and organizations
This year, I had the chance to work with international leaders: at IMD Lausanne, at Société Générale’s corporate university, and with major organizations in France and abroad. Programs designed to reconnect leaders to themselves:

  • Restoring head–heart–body alignment.

  • Managing stress and embodying authentic leadership.

  • Radiating presence to inspire, mobilize, and engage their teams.

A big thank you to the dream team at the LEAD Program (Ina Toegel & Sylvie Pecher), to Annie Pin from Ayvens, and to Nit Pou from Danone Munich for the incredible trust-and-collective-superpowers workshop we shared!

The future of work & HR support
Let’s not forget HR professionals! According to 2023 studies, 64% are at risk of burnout. This year, I dedicated time to supporting them with self-care workshops, resources, and foresight sessions on major work transformations—helping them define strategic paths to support their organizations. HR leaders have a crucial role to play in reshaping work.

The art of adapting in change
From conferences with Danone Lyon teams on reed-like agility, to a long-term Care Program with Ayvens (workshops, coaching, HR & commercial seminars across multiple countries), I had the joy of spreading a culture of care to help teams navigate transformation, build resilience, and stay engaged in multicultural contexts.

Well-being retreats: Yoga & slowing down
In 2024, I hosted three retreats at L’Arbre aux étoiles, a unique eco-center in Normandy. These immersive pauses—combining yoga, Ayurveda, and nature—offered precious time to slow down, recharge, and reconnect to what truly matters.

And in communities & territories
Conferences on “The Future of Work and Human Capital” and “From Personal Ecology to Planetary Ecology,” at CCI Troyes & Aube, for the Oise Department, and courses at Y Schools on tomorrow’s essential soft skills. Teaching students is challenging—but so enriching!

And of course, my book!
My greatest 2024 adventure has been writing my book. From exhilaration to doubt, from rewriting to joy, this journey has been a deep and transformative one. More to share on this in 2025!

2025: What’s next?

I will continue to defend and embody this vision of a Care society—where people, health, and balance are at the heart of priorities.

In 2025, I will encourage you even more to:

  • Recharge your batteries and cultivate your energy.

  • Develop your emotional and embodied intelligence.

  • Reconnect with your deepest values to act with authenticity.

The power of gratitude: A gift to yourself

Neuroscience teaches us that gratitude is not just politeness or emotion. Expressing gratitude literally transforms our brain and well-being:

  • It activates reward and satisfaction areas, raising dopamine and serotonin levels—boosting happiness and reducing anxiety.

  • It strengthens our social bonds, grounding us in recognition and connection.

  • It reduces stress and boosts immunity, supporting overall health.

Saying thank you is therefore an act of love for others, but also an act of self-care. Cultivating this simple and powerful habit can change how we experience life and fuel our daily well-being.

So, this December, take a few moments to express gratitude—to a colleague, a friend, a loved one, or simply to yourself.

Thank you, dear readers, for being part of this journey.

This year has been intense and deeply fulfilling. I wish you a restorative end of year, full of gratitude and shared moments. Take time to reconnect, to dream, and to step into a promising 2025.

Take care of yourself.
