Who am I ?
Who am I ?
Speaker and trainer in stress managment, wellbeing and talent activation, I am a certified yoga teacher, practice yoga therapy and mindfulness. Passionate about neuroscience applied to the activation of talents, I combine these disciplines to imagine new forms of pedagogy based on a “head, heart and body” approach.
Stress management, body and leadership, well-being at work … in 2018 I founded mojom whose mission is to provide empowerment and well-being tools to support change.
My research and action topics: “The future of work”, “The urgency to decelerate”, “Body intelligence and superpowers”. I support organizations, entrepreneurs, as well as individuals in a search for meaning and alignment.
My journey
In search of meaning and unity
After 9 years of communication consulting, I left everything to travel for 1 year around the world in order to meet inspiring social and environmental projects (social business, micro-credit, virtuous agriculture, education, women’s empowerment, etc.). In India, I also meet yoga, a revelation. It never left me.
Back in France, I specialized in social innovation and future studies, exploring the Future for nearly 5 years as communication director at the Institute of Desirable Futures, a school of reinvention whose mission is to train individuals new towards models of society, more respectful of the environment and human beings.
At the same time, I also explored the inner world!
I become a certified yoga teacher, trained in yoga therapy, mindfulness as well as NVC (non violent communication). Also passionate about neuroscience, I followed the teachings of Bernadette Lecerf-Thomas to better understand the body-mind link and how to activate our talents.
I specialized in body intelligence (yoga, energetics, presence and leadership, etc.) to make it a key to our transformations, individually and collectively. In 2018, I founded the MOJOM company and method, where I support individuals and organizations in rediscovering head-heart-body unity and deploying their superpowers in the service of meaningful projects.
I also devote time to the associative world where I bring the benefits of yoga and meditation to people in physical or social precariousness.
As a committed entrepreneur, a fulfilled mother, I continue to explore what connects us and what constitutes ways for better living for today and tomorrow : reconnection to the LIVING, the philosophy and practice of “CARE”, and the link between ecology, spirituality and society, following in particular the teachings of Schumacher College where I was trained , and Satish Kumar.
I like to explore and cocreate with others !

My convictions
Our world is going through a period of profound change that is disrupting our lifestyles, work and our health. We must support individuals but also organizations in this transition. Uncertainties, stress, hyper-digitalization, environmental emergencies, health crisis… we are exhausting our resources.
Bad news ? No. To transform oneself is first of all to change the way we look at things . Rather than seeing these mutations as threats, we see them as opportunities to put meaning, creativity and more humanity in the heart of business and our lives.
1. The individual at the heart of change
I believe that collective transformation (whether societal or organizational) can only happen through individual transformation. It is essential to accompany individuals, giving them tools of inspiration, self-knowledge and new resources to better live the change and prepare for tomorrow.
2. The urgency of decelerating and reconnecting Body & Mind
In an accelerating, increasingly complex, uncertain and digital society, it is crucial to reconnect body and mind, in order to learn how to manage stress, health and energy, to find meaning and alignment, and also to develop new forms of intelligence and talent.
3. Social innovation and human capital
Social and HR innovations are the foundation of the company’s cultural and organizational transformation, performance and sustainability. As we need new methods and ways of working (collective intelligence, creativity, design thinking, new spaces …), we must value the most important resource of the organization: its human capital.
4. Reconcile social well-being and economic performance
Like many, I consider human fulfillment and well-being as a source of performance for the company and not as circumstantial constraints or fads. Decrease in absenteeism and turnover, improvement of employee engagement, innovation, creativity and decision-making, attractiveness of young talent … so many reasons to take care of employees.
5. Optimism and enthusiasm : the change is opportunity !
I truly believe that the best lever for transformation is enthusiasm. Activation thus requires reconnection to our emotions. I believe that involving employees themselves in the companie’s change, as well as the creation of positive and inspiring dynamic, is key.
“Emotion is the engine of change, and joy its essence.”
