It is urgent to slow down, to learn how to regulate your stress, to welcome and live better with your emotions, to take care of yourself with love and kindness in order to regain well-being and serenity.

How ? By re-connecting to the body and the breath, by re-connecting to oneself. By learning adapted yoga techniques, meditations, self-care rituals, by establishing a healthy lifestyle (diet, sport, sleep, etc.) but also by taking a step back, changing your outlook on things and taking a path of personal development, re-connecting body, heart, mind and soul. It is with mojom’s unique method that I propose to accompany you, step by step, to find serenity and shine with all your light!

WHAT IS IT ? : it’s an individual and personalized support, I’m here, just for you ! We set goals together, according to your needs and problems, and I guide you step by step, according to a method that I have developed and tested for several years, extremely transformative, the mojom method. The entry point: reconnecting and listening to the BODY, to free yourself from stress and blockages but also to activate your inner strengths and unfold your magic in the world.

THE FORMAT : 1-hour video-conference sessions, at your own pace, a unique program adapted to your needs, a report by email following the session and follow-up to support you. Between each session, you will have things to set up and practice, in order to best integrate all the advice and techniques of daily well-being.

PRICES AND DETAILS

The 1-hour support session is 100 euros including tax. This includes time together but also sending a report. I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions.

 

The packs make it possible to reduce the price of the sessions and above all to guarantee a better anchoring of the practices :

Each pack includes :

  • A preliminary telephone interview to answer your questions and define your needs
  • 3, 6 or 10 one-hour videoconference sessions (on zoom), depending on the pack,
  • the reports of the sessions with personalized program,
  • the recordings of the sessions and the tools to progress: tests, memo sheet, video or audio files….

    You have exercises to do between each session to move forward with the process and to anchor good practices

The 3-session pack, 280 euros (including tax), i.e. 20 euros offered

The 6-session pack, 550 euros (including tax), i.e. 50 euros offered

The 10-session pack, 900 euros (including tax), i.e. 100 euros offered

 

How it works ?

We set up a first telephone or video interview to get to know each other and discuss your needs (free interview)

We then meet on 1 hour sessions on zoom, with:

  • a time of discussion at the beginning of the session
  • a time for diagnosis and advice on mind-body practices
    – bodily and energetic: yoga, yoga therapy, breathing techniques, relaxation, self care
    – meditations, positive visualizations and mindfulness practices (practice and philosophy of the present moment)
  • reflexive exercises (“my relationship to stress”, “my energy”, “my relationship to others”, …) and self-knowledge (based on the philosophy and ethical principles of yoga, on ayurveda or even inspired by NVC (Non Violent Communication)
  • tools for personal development and creativity
  • a debrief/result of the session

After each session, I send you by mail a session report and personal program, as well as advice and exercises to do for the next meeting. I adapt the sessions according to your experience/current challenge, to work on concrete subjects.
