INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS FOCUSING ON CONTENT AND PRACTICAL EXPERIMENTATION
The training program provides theoretical and scientific input on topics to promote better understanding, assimilation, and motivation to experiment: foresight (the future of work), neuroscience, preventive health, biomimicry (inspiration from living organisms), and philosophy.
It includes self-assessment phases so that everyone can take ownership of the topics and make progress: personal development tools based in particular on NVC (Nonviolent Communication), positive psychology, and emotional and interpersonal intelligence.
It also offers a space for practical training to help participants in their daily lives in a concrete and effective way. The emphasis is on body intelligence to learn how to anchor and truly “embody” change: postures, movements and coordination in space, breathing, energy, etc.
A monitoring system ensures that the rituals and exercises learned are put into practice. The group provides support.
