In a society of urgency and performance, the omnipresence of screens, where we are often disconnected from nature, from others and above all from our own needs, the mental overload becomes too strong. Stress sets in, our nervous system no longer regulates itself : we become exhausted. In France, more than 3 million people are going through a burnout or phases of exhaustion, antidepressant prescriptions have never been so high and stress-related illnesses are constantly increasing. The COVID crisis and telework greatly worsen our state of health, disrupting our rhythms and our lives.
It is urgent to slow down, to learn how to regulate your stress, to welcome and live better with your emotions, to take care of yourself with love and kindness in order to regain well-being and serenity.
How ? By re-connecting to the body and the breath, by re-connecting to oneself. By learning adapted yoga techniques, meditations, self-care rituals, by establishing a healthy lifestyle (diet, sport, sleep, etc.) but also by taking a step back, changing your outlook on things and taking a path of personal development, re-connecting body, heart, mind and soul. It is with mojom’s unique method that I propose to accompany you, step by step, to find serenity and shine with all your light!
