Online class
Meet me every Sunday evening at 6 p.m. for a gentle and relaxing hatha yoga class
Accessible and suitable for all levels, the integral hatha course combines postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama), with a more internalized work of deep relaxation, meditation and introspection. 1h20 of relaxation and good humor !
