In France, 1 in 2 working people declares themselves stressed and anxious at work, 1 in 4 would even be in a “state of hyperstress”, considered to be a level “at risk for their health” (Cabinet Stimulus 2017). Since the health crisis, the figures have exploded: more than 2 million people are going through severe burnout, 44% in psychological distress at work (Opinion Way 2021 survey). Today, it is crucial to learn how to regulate our stress at work, in order to preserve ourselves but also in order to gain in efficiency and motivation. This training will give you practical and easily activated tools to become an active player of your balance and your well-being at work.

 

GOALS :

The objectives of this training are to give you the keys to an efficient and serene work:

  • Learn the right reflexes to promote your daily well-being and preserve yourself: food, sleep, physical activity, relaxation, etc.
  • Identify your stressors and symptoms by listening carefully to yourself
  • Learn the right postures and body exercises to take care of your health, relax but also to energize yourself
  • Practice breathing, centering, express relaxation and visualization
  • Developing confidence and assertiveness through the body
  • Leave with a personal action plan to apply the next day

The objective is that everyone can leave with a toolbox of practical exercises that can be easily applied on a daily basis, to improve well-being, serenity and performance at work.

FORMAT :

Duration of training : 7 hours

A face-to-face or remote format (vision-conference)

Face-to-face : a 7-hour training day with a trainer on your premises (or in a room rented for the occasion by you)

Remote : 7 hours online on zoom with a trainer spread over 2, 3 or 4 sessions (depending on your constraints)

+ sending of documents after the training (pdf, toolbox / memo cards)

This training is aimed at all types of organizations, and at any active person who seeks more serenity and efficiency at work for a better balance in life, whatever the level and type of position.

TEACHING METHODS

Active, participatory and experiential pedagogy that promotes autonomy. Preference will be given to putting into practice in order to promote the integration of theoretical contributions and the appropriation of the techniques proposed. Group exchanges are also part of the learning dynamic and the conviviality of the training courses.

Welcome, bodily awakening and comfort setting

THEORETICAL INTRODUCTION AND ADVICE : BECOME AN ACTOR OF MY WELL-BEING :

– The posture of “CARE” – taking care of oneself to preserve oneself and promote one’s fulfillment

– Reconnecting to the BODY as a major lever for well-being: developing self-awareness and activating one’s resources. Be at your full potential

– The 10 commandments of well-being at work: the tools and reflexes to adopt for more well-being on a daily basis (diet, physical activity, stress management, sleep, chronobiology, positive psychology, etc. …)

Exercises : awakening the body, self-positioning on the wellness grid and dynamic exchanges

PRACTICE: THE WELL-BEING TOOLBOX

1. Relax body tension and prevent MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders) :

– The “right” postures to adopt at work

– Stretches and healthy gestures: yoga of the eyes, warming up of the neck, shoulders, stretching of the back and lower body

– Self-massage hands and face


2. Manage stress and relax

Learn to identify your own symptoms in the face of stress (physical, behavioral, emotional, relational and intellectual): self-diagnosis and body exercises to understand your physical “patterns”

– Calming breathing techniques

– Anchoring and centering exercise: calming the mind and managing your emotions

– Express relaxation


3. Boost your energy – develop confidence and assertiveness

– Body awakening and express energy tips

– Body exercises for building confidence and self-expression

– Positive visualization


4. Establish an individual action plan

TRAINING PRICES – INTRA

  • Face-to-face (recommended): 1,800 euros including tax (Company) – 1,500 including tax (Association, TPE) (12 people max)
  • Remote: 1,400 euros including tax (Company) – 1,100 euros including tax (Association, TPE) (12 people max)

These prices include :

  • the content of the training program (7h),
  • educational material (pdf support, memo-cards with practical exercises to redo at home)

Terms of cancelation :

– 100% of the price of the training in the event of cancellation within a period less than or equal to 10 working days before the start of the training.

– 50% of the price of the training in the event of cancellation within a period of between 11 and 20 working days before the start of the training.

– a fixed cost of €80 including tax corresponding to the administrative costs incurred will be retained in the event of cancellation within a period greater than or equal to 20 working days before the start of the training

AND AFTER ?

A certificate of completion will be issued

Evaluation : a first questionnaire of satisfaction and validation of achievements will be sent one week after the training, then a second 3 months later.

MOJOM offers follow-up and support after the training to keep the dynamic of practice and exchange

  1. Sending benevolent e-mails as a reminder for 3 months (with challenges, articles, exercises, etc.) – offered
  2. To further the learning and transformation process, mojom also offers:
  • Individual support over the year following the training, on the subjects of Stress, Time and Energy; videoconference sessions, with initial diagnosis and assessment.
  • Group training and/or support : to help your team, organization or work group progress on these subjects, format to be defined together.
